How does it work?

Accepted Answer

Bring up to 15 clothing/accessory items. For each item you bring, you’ll receive a ticket. You’ll then be able to “shop” the items other people have brought and purchase them for 1 ticket each.

What items will be accepted?

Accepted Answer

Clothing and accessories! Men’s, women’s, and children’s, and all seasons are welcome. Accessories including shoes, bags, belts, scarves, hats, gloves, jewelry - basically anything you wear. Items in pairs (like shoes, gloves, or earrings) will count as one item.

What if I don’t have any items to bring?

Accepted Answer

Think more creatively! Something that you don’t wear frequently could be another person’s new favorite item
If you don’t bring any items, you won’t be able to shop, but you’re welcome to come and enjoy metrobar!

Question 4

What happens to the clothing and accessories left over at the end of the event?

Accepted Answer

Anything that is not “purchased” when the event ends will be donated.

Do I need to register ahead of time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, registration is required, and you’ll check in when you arrive by giving your name. The registration will only close if the event sells out.
