Join us Wednesday May 3rd in celebrating a taste of the vibrance, colour and flavour of the middle east through a 3 course, vegetarian menu served in a shared, long-table, banquet. The menu has been designed and will be cooked by Emily Duggan.Emily Duggan (of Síolta Kitchen, Ash@Pots, Luncheonette Dublin) is a chef and writer from Dublin and based in Donegal. She has grown up with an appreciation for local produce through extensive travel through Lebanon, Jordan and Turkey developed a passion for the people, place and food.
