Join New York Adventure Club for a one-of-a-kind sound healing journey inside a full-sized, handmade teepee at Last Frontier NYC, the private painting studio of visual artist Sol Kjøk in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
Guided by Boshko Boskovic — a Reiki Master & Sound Healing practitioner certified by the Sound Healing Center in Sausalito, CA — this immersive experience that will help cleanse your energy, deepen self-awareness, and foster inner growth will include:
- Exclusive Studio Access – A brief tour of the Sound Shapes project, featuring Sol Kjøk’s paintings that explore the correlation between sound and human physiology
- Breathwork & Toning – Techniques to release tension and prepare for deep relaxation

About Boshko
Boshko is the founder of Let’s Heal NYC, a private practice specializing in Reiki and Sound Healing treatments. He is the Community Reiki Manager at Minka Brooklyn and holds regular wellness group sessions at Grand Street Healing Project, 14 St Y, and various Older Adults Centers in New York City. In addition, Boshko is part of the sound healing collective Reiki Infused Sound Experiences, whose album "Waves of Possibility" is available on Spotify. Since 2023, he has been the healing artist in residence at Mothership NYC in Brooklyn.
About Sol Kjøk
A Norwegian-born New Yorker, Sol Kjøk lives at and runs Mothership NYC, the Brooklyn arts residency platform she founded in 2005. After studies in Paris, Athens (GA), Vienna, Medellín and Cincinnati that earned her three graduate degrees in humanities, she obtained an MFA in painting at Parsons School of Design in New York. An avid drawer all her life, Kjøk’s work has been featured in 100+ shows worldwide. She has held artist residencies in several countries, taught at universities and art schools and lectured at museums and art centers throughout the US. Her work is represented in several museums, as well as corporate and private collections all over the world.
About the Sound Shapes Project
Sound Shapes is a multidisciplinary collaboration between four artists from our community of creative peers. Together with vocalist/composer/musician Katy Gunn and sound healer Boshko Boskovic, visual artist Sol Kjøk explores how sound orchestrates the dance of energy and matter as the catalyst of creation and perpetual transmutation. This ongoing experimental project—which encompasses painting, sacred geometry, film, experimental music, improvised action, and various healing modalities—has been captured by filmmaker David Pérez Pérez for a 30-min documentary to be premiered at VOLTA New York.
