The studio has yoga mats and props for you to feel comfortable as you lay down to receive the sound bath. You are always welcome to bring your own yoga mats and props if that feels more comfortable to you...What is a sound bath?If you have never expereinced a sound bath before, no worries! It would be my honor to guide you and serve your soul through the healing frequencies of sound.A sound bath is a therapeutic and meditative experience that uses various instruments, such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and drums, to bathe the participants in sound waves. Sound waves are set to different frequencies that correlate to different healing. For example, the singing bowls being used at this event are tuned to 432HZ. 432Hz, also known as the "miracle tone," is said to be in harmony with the natural vibrations of the universe.
