What should I bring?

Please bring a blanket or yoga mat to sit on, comfortable clothing for the beach, water, sunscreen, and any personal items you’d like to include on your vision board.

Yes. Flowers, herbs, vision board materials, and creative supplies will be provided. You are welcome to bring personal photos, magazine clippings, or meaningful items to add.

What will we be doing during the workshop?

We’ll explore simple Ayurveda-inspired concepts, reflect on seasonal intentions, connect with nature, and create a floral vision board to symbolize growth and renewal.

What should I wear?

Comfortable, layered clothing suitable for the beach. A light sweater or jacket is recommended as it can get cool near the ocean.
