Spring Soirée - Hosted by Women's Networking Group & Strong Savvy Women

Two of Fairfield County’s most prominent women’s organizations are teaming up to host the “Spring Soirée” on Wednesday, May 22 from 7-9pm at Pesca Peruvian Bistro, 70 Main Street in New Canaan, Connecticut. Put your spring dress on and get ready to mingle, meet some incredible women and be inspired by some of the stories shared there!

The event is hosted by The Women’s Networking Group of Fairfield County, run by transformational leader and businesswoman Elizabeth Blanchard, and Strong Savvy Women, a support group for single/divorcing women run by Divorce Coach and journalist Amy Polacko. The Women’s Networking Group champions women who are seeking a change in their lives – whether it’s returning to work, a career transition or finding flexibility. The group provides a nurturing, inspiring space to come together and support one another in community.

Strong Savvy Women empowers, educates and supports women who are single, divorced or in the divorce process. Both Blanchard and Polacko believe magic happens when women get in the same room and believe in each other.

“I have always been a connector and thrive on bringing people together,” Blanchard said. “I believe that everyone has the power to transform their lives and create a positive ripple effect in their communities. Amy and I support each other’s missions and our groups are a natural fit together.”

“I have attended Elizabeth’s group and have been a speaker there so I know how special it is,” Polacko said. “I started Strong Savvy Women to be sure no single woman feels alone and it is an extension of my Freedom Warrior Divorce Coaching practice. I know our Spring Soirée will benefit all women who attend – regardless of their personal situation. We are better together!”

Pesca Peruvian Bistro is the sponsor of the event, known for its fresh spin on seafood-centric cuisine from Peru and its fun beach decor. The restaurant will be providing food for the event and will offer attendees Happy Hour pricing on all drinks. Disc Jockey Braian Qela will be providing music at the event. He is a New Canaan resident known for cultivating a positive vibe at parties and other events.

Registration is required on Eventbrite where tickets can be purchased for $50 through May 21. Tickets will be $60 at the door.
