The University of Chicago Graduate Council invites you to join other UChicago Grad students for an evening of food, drinks, and dancing in the beautiful Museum of Science and Industry!
EVENT DETAILS:
Your ticket includes food, open bar access, and admission to the MSI's main exhibits! A professional photographer will be present to capture the event*.
Semiformal/cocktail attire is recommended for this event. Doors will close at 8:30 PM.
TICKETING INFORMATION:
Graduate Council is excited to subsidize 1,200 tickets for this event. Tickets will be $55, and there will be two rounds of sales:
- Round 1: March 26 (Sunday), 6 PM Central
- Round 2: April 1 (Saturday), 6 PM Central
After subsidized tickets are sold out, Graduate Council will release at-cost ($115) tickets. All ticket sales will end April 8 (11:59 PM).
Order Policies
- Tickets must be purchased by a UChicago graduate student using a UChicago email
- If you are bringing a guest, you must purchase a second ticket
- All attendees and their guests must be 21+ and bring a valid form of legal ID (state ID, passport) to enter the venue
TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION
The Museum is located within the georadius of UChicago's Lyft Pass Program. Complementary parking will be available in the underground garage below the Museum. Please note that the CTA 6 bus will not be running when the event ends at 11:00 PM.
REFUND INFORMATION:
We have activated automatic refunds for this event to streamline the refund process. Please note that Eventbrite incurs a fee for this service. Because of guest count deadlines set by the venue, refunds will NOT be granted after April 8.
