This show is suitable for ages 7+. Please do not bring children younger than 7 to this show, as they will not be admitted. If you would like to bring younger children to the planetarium, we offer our Early Years show as a more suitable alternative.

Yes, there are toilets available on the first floor of Southend Museum.

Is there wheelchair access?

The Planetarium is on the first floor of Southend Museum. Unfortunately, there is no lift or step free access to the first floor.

Once booked, can I change the time or day of the visit or have my ticket refunded?

No, unfortunately we are unable to change the date or time of the visit once booked. To avoid any disappointment, we would ask that before completing the purchase of tickets you are confident in being able to fulfil your booking. Tickets are non-refundable.
