From Tokyo to Seattle to Washington D.C. the arrival of cherry blossoms, or Sakura, is an event filled with joy and anticipation.Chicago too has beautiful cherry blossoms that herald the beginning of the season and sweeten the breeze. This year Lure will be hosting a very special Sake and Sushi evening to celebrate the season.Lure offers one of the best Sushi programs in the city and we’ve built a menu to show it off. Join us for a 6 course menu complete with sake pairings. We are lucky enough to be joined by Dila Lee from Kome Collective, who will be giving us a tour of the Sake she has expertly paired with each sushi course.Highlights include Kani Okonomiyaki, Uni Chawanmushi and a Surf and Turf like you’ve never seen before.
