Join us for a regency era ball with instructional group dancing and fun with your friends!
When: April 26th, 2025, from 5:30 - 10:30 PM (Doors open at 5 PM)
Who: Homeschoolers and PCBC Youth Group ages 12-19. (Hosted by Hope Co-Op)
What: tea sandwiches, hors d'eouvres, cakes, dessert, group dance instruction, and photo booth - all in a safe, chaperoned environment

Price: $20 per attendee.
Dress Code
Modesty is required. Miniskirts or dresses/shirts that show cleavage will not be allowed. If someone arrives with clothing issues, they will be asked to leave.
Please note the following is ONLY A SUGGESTION that is in keeping with the theme. Modesty is the only requirement. Use the theme as your inspiration!
Suggested attire:
• Boys: suit & tie, buttoned-down shirt and dress pants, vest. For inspiration, search men's regency era attire
• Girls: Empire Waist dress, formal gown, English garden dress. For inspiration, search regency era gowns.
Attendee Behavioral Agreement (required by ALL ATTENDEES) *
I will be respectful of the facility, decorations, adults, and other attendees. I will not play with the food or candy that is provided.
I will participate in the activities offered and will respect the fact that many other youth were not able to attend who would have loved to participate. (Taking a break is fine.)
If I am found outside allowed areas, am disruptive, engage in any bullying or harassing behavior, or am disrespectful of the facility or adults, my parent will be called and I will be removed from the dance.
Liability Release (required BY PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN) *
IMPORTANT: This section may only be completed by a parent or legal guardian if the attendee is under 18, or by the attendee if over 18. For this reason, you may only purchase tickets for youth in your OWN FAMILY or for whom you have legal guardianship.
By checking this box and purchasing a ticket, I assume any risk of harm, injury, or illness which might occur to the participant due to his/her/my participation in the event or activity. I release the organizers and the venue from all liability, costs, and damages which might arise from participation.
If the participant is a minor, I agree that the minor has my consent to participate in the event. I further provide my consent for emergency treatment for the minor if necessary. I agree to accept financial responsibility for the costs related to any emergency treatment or subsequent illness.

We will be checking tickets when you check in, so you must bring either your printed ticket OR your confirmation email on your phone. Nobody will be admitted without a ticket and tickets can only be used for the person whose name is on the ticket.
Yes, we will have adult chaperones. All adult volunteers have completed a background check with local homeschool groups or churches. This will be a safe and protected environment. Attendees will only be allowed in chaperoned areas.
1. All attendees are expected to be respectful of the facility, decorations, adults, and other attendees. 2. All attendees are highly encouraged to participate in the dancing.
If any attendee is found outside allowed areas, is disruptive, engages in any bullying behavior, or is disrespectful of the facility or adults, a parent will be contacted to pick up the attendee.
No. All attendees must digitally sign a liability release, which must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. You may only purchase tickets for youth in your own household. Just remind your friends to get their tickets so you can all meet at the dance!
Most attendees come alone or with a group of friends. We don’t mind if dating couples attend, but please understand that anyone engaging in public displays of affection will be asked to leave.
Yes, there will be secular music played; however, music is prescreened for content. Most selected songs encourage group involvement, such as Macarena, YMCA, etc.
Seating is not assigned. Tables will be set for 8-10 attendees.
We will have tea sandwiches, hors d'eouvres, quiche, cakes & dessert. If your child has specific dietary restrictions, please send them with their own food and contact Kelly for a reduced-priced ticket.
All candid photos taken at the dance will be loaded onto an online photo site so you may download and print at your convenience. An email with a link to the professional photos for purchase will be sent to all attendees as soon as the photos are uploaded.
The dance ends at 10:30 PM. If an attendee needs to leave before 10:30, email us to let us know what time he/she will be leaving. We take our responsibility for the whereabouts of all attendees very seriously and want to ensure nobody leaves without parental permission.
Please contact us to request a refund ASAP. Refunds will only be given up to the Friday before the dance and only if the refund won't drop us below the required number to pay for our costs. Tickets are NOT transferable. No refunds for no-shows.
Yes, contact us by email with an attendee’s name to be put on our waitlist if tickets are sold out. Waitlist requests will be fulfilled in order of when we receive your request.
