BY REGISTERING YOUR CHILD YOU ARE ACKNOWLEDGING AND AUTHORIZING HIVE PERFORMANCE CANADA REPRESENTATIVES TO ADMINISTER YOUR CHILD FIRST AID SHOULD IT BE REQUIRED AND TO PROVIDE IMMEDIATE EMERGENCY ACCESS TO YOUR CHILD IN AN EVENT ANY EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES ARE REQUIRED.

Participation in the Camp is voluntary and the parent/guardian and/or the participant, assume all risks associated with such participation.

Question 5

What does my player need to bring?

Accepted Answer

Athletic shoes (no cleats indoors - court shoes or multi-sport trainers suggested), Baseball pants, Jock/Jill, Sliding Shorts (if they have - highly recommended), Ball glove, Bat, Batting helmet. Shirts will be provided, sizing is on first signed up first choice basis so sign up EARLY!

What happens if my player is sick or can't make a session for any other reason?

Accepted Answer

You'll need to keep your player home if they are unwell and contagious. Our fee is affordable and set at a break even point. For this reason we are unable to offer any refunds for missed sessions.

Question 7

Can I transfer my kid's sign up to another kid if for some reason they can't make it?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a one time transfer is allowed. So if you signed one player up and want to switch it to another player,  you can do this one time. Once transferred the original player is replaced by the new player and cannot return. The replacement player needs to bring everything listed in FAQ above.
