Recipes to be demonstrated and sampled:
Torta Pasqualina
 a savory pie with a ricotta, spinach and egg filling, traditionally served at Easter
Tiramisu al Limone
 a lighter, springtime take on the sweet Italian staple
Bocconotti
mini tarts made of a buttery shortcrust filled with seasonal jam
 Bignè alle Fragola 
strawberry cream puffs with whipped ricotta
