Spring Pasta Making Workshop

Overview

Grab a friend or a date and join us for this fun, hands-on pasta making class!

In this instructor-led cooking class, pairs will work together to knead their own batch of fresh made pasta dough, roll out and cut pasta shapes, and cook their beautifully prepared pasta with a sauce made from scratch by Chef Katie. Participants will make the egg based dough from scratch, prepare the beet and ricotta filling, and learn how to roll and fill their ravioli. Then you'll sit down to enjoy a well earned and delicious homemade pasta dinner complete with a fresh salad and dessert, also prepared for you by Chef Katie using seasonal ingredients from the farm.

Menu

  • Appetizer - Charcuterie Board
  • Main - Ravioli with Beet & Ricotta Filling and a Walnut Cream Sauce
  • Side - Spring Greens Salad (made with farm fresh Gorman spring produce!)
  • Dessert - Lemon Polenta Cookies

About the Instructor:

Katie is a farmer and a chef. Her love of plants, food, and people has led her on a journey from the fine dining farm-to-table restaurants of Cincinnati to the farms and kitchens of Morocco, Martinique, and southern France. She is passionate about helping people connect deeply with the natural world and believes the humble act of cooking a meal or planting a seed has the power to heal, transform, and reconnect us to our shared humanity.
