Enjoy bird watching during the busy spring migration season!

Allerton Park & Retreat Center

J﻿oin Allerton Natural Areas staff on a unique bird-focused hike each Friday in April and May. As spring migration progresses, the species of birds that can be seen changes almost daily. H﻿ikes are open to anyone, but registration is required. Hikes are free for Allerton Park Bird Club members, however, registration is still required.E﻿ach week the hike will leave from the Allerton Main Parking Lot at 9 a.m. A different area of the park will be featured each week. Binoculars will be available on a first-come basis.C﻿ost is $5/person. Allerton Park Bird Club members are free.
