Come and learn how to prepare for races like the Toronto, Eugene, and London with Gilbert&#x27;s Gazelles. Coach Gilbert will talk about our program, his philosophy and how to reach your race goal with confidence and strength. TRAINING HIGHLIGHTS:<ul><li>Tailored training schedule to meet individual goals</li><li>Two weekday workouts, plus a Saturday long run</li><li>Core and strength workouts included</li><li>On-site physical therapists to assess injuries</li><li>Online and local discounts</li></ul>Join our group for a long run starting at 5:45am and stay for the kickoff session afterwards, starting at 8:30am.
