FAQsAre there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?Trokiando in the Bay is a family friendly event and all ages are welcomed. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Photo ID is required to verify your ability to purchase alcoholic drinks throughout the venue grounds.Are pets allowed?No pets allowed.What's the refund policy?No refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?Print at home tickets and mobile tickets are both acceptable. We urge all attendees to have tickets ready to be scanned while waiting in line.Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?As long as the ticket barcode is scannable and valid, the name on the ticket does not need to match the person attendingBy purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that Trokiando in the Bay, Contra Costa Event Park or any of its affiliates are not responsible for any lost,stolen, damaged or towed property that can or may happen to you or your vehicle at anytime during the event.
