I&#x27;ll teach you how to build a strong sexy look for a lifetime. I will give you some specific movements you should be doing several times a week to build those arms/shoulders you desire or maybe it&#x27;s shapely glutes you seek. Either way, you can have it all when you come and learn how to change your body through weight training. I will also give you some nutritional nuggets! You don&#x27;t want to miss this!Come dressed in exercise pants or shorts, a tank top and sneakers. Be sure to bring water and a towel! About Linda: <a href="https://www.lindamstephens.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Linda</a> holds a master’s degree in clinical nutrition and has a personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She competes as pro athlete in the International Federation of Bodybuilding (IFBB). She judges for the National Physique Committee (NPC) and writes for several international publications.
