🌸 Spring into Pilates at Miller Outdoor Theatre

Shake off the winter chill and find your flow under the iconic peaks of Miller Outdoor Theatre! Join us for an energizing, all-levels Pilates mat session designed to celebrate the first full day of spring.

Whether you're a seasoned pro or a complete beginner, this class will focus on core strength, flexibility, and mindful movement in the heart of Hermann Park. Breathe in the fresh air, soak up the Houston sun, and start your weekend with a balanced body and a clear mind.

🗓️ Event Details

• Date: Saturday, March 21st, 2026

• Time: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Location: Miller Outdoor Theatre (Hillside/Plaza Area)

• Post-Class: Stay for complimentary refreshments served immediately after the session!

🧘 What to Bring & Wear

To ensure you have the best experience on the hill, please come prepared:

• The Gear: Bring your own Pilates or Yoga mat. A towel is also recommended to place under your mat for extra cushioning on the grass.

• The Outfit: Wear comfortable, breathable athletic wear that allows for a full range of motion. Think leggings, joggers, or athletic shorts and a moisture-wicking top.

• Hydration: Bring a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated during the workout.

• Sun Protection: Since we’ll be outdoors, don't forget your SPF and perhaps a hat or sunglasses for the post-workout social.

🥂 Post-Class Social

Don't rush off! Once we finish our final hundred, join your fellow classmates for light refreshments. It’s the perfect opportunity to cool down, chat with the instructor, and enjoy the beautiful spring scenery of the park.

Note: Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in and claim your spot on the lawn. I can't wait to move with you!
