The Spring Institute is a great opportunity to share your products with early childhood professionals from across the state. Iowa AEYC will review all registrations received and send confirmation of acceptance to the designated representative of the organization.
Note: We will only be doing one table per exhibitor for the Spring Institute.
Lunches: Paying exhibitors receive one free lunch per day. If you wish to order additional lunches, you can request them on this exhibitor registration form. The cost of an additional lunch is $35/day and due at time of registration.

- Two chairs

- Power Strip (If requested in registration)
Exhibiting time for both days:
7:00am - 8:00am - Set up time
8:00am - 1:30pm - Exhibit Booth open to attendees
Hotel room: You may follow this link to rent a hotel room at a discount if staying over night.
Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel, full refunds can be made if cancellation notice is received via email to jonni@iowaaeyc.org by April 25, 2024 at 5:00 pm. After April 25, absolutely no refunds will be given along with no extra meals purchased will be refunded and all registered exhibitors must pay registration fees.
