SPRING-INSPIRED WINE DINNER

Welcome spring with this sumptuous wine dinner that features a decadent menu paired perfectly with the chef’s wine choices.  Dinner will consist of pan-roasted scallops atop potato pancakes, petite Filet Mignon with spinach, mushroom & goat cheese strudel, and a white chocolate bread pudding with a bourbon salted caramel drizzle.
