About this event

For over 180 years, The Dalmore has been distilling the Masterpiece of Malt and for two nights only, you can experience the flavors of the Highlands right here in Philadelphia.

With your ticket purchase you'll enjoy a tasting of 4 whiskies, curated by Jeremy Hill of The Dalmore, paired with a 4-course pre fixe menu by Chef Matt Budenstein of Infinite Abundance. Each course has been crafted with flavors of the Scottish Highlands, with a touch of Japanese influence, to perfectly compliment the flavors of each whisky.

We've partnered with Forîn Café who have graciously lent their space and will be providing their signature ambiance, as well as coffee service with dessert.

Enjoy a four course meal, learn a little, drink a lot.

Can I submit any allergy restrictions?

Unfortunately due to the nature of this event, we cannot accommodate any allergy restrictions or substitutions. Allergens on the menu include, but are not limited to: meat, fish, dairy, egg, gluten, nuts.

Can I be seated with friends who also purchased tickets?

Yes of course! Please email our host, Jeremy Hill, at jeremy.hill@whyteandmackay.com with your seating requests and we will do our best to accommodate you!

Can I attend the event without partaking in the whisky pairing?

Yes, the whisky pairing is not mandatory, but the price will be the same. The whisky is being provided free of charge with purchase of a ticket.
