The Harm Reduction Action Center (HRAC) is Colorado’s largest and most active agency that works with people who inject drugs (PWID).  HRAC is the recognized expert for client-centered harm reduction services and injection drug use related health issues in the state.  HRAC is unique in providing direct services as well as advocating to create policy change.  As Colorado’s busiest syringe access provider, HRAC currently serves 120-160 people each morning. By providing relevant and comprehensive education and support, the agency plays an integral role in reducing the harmful effects of substance use for both the individual and society at large.
