Whether you've been with us for a while or are just joining, we hope you will feel the sense of belonging that defines our community.</li><li>Reflect and Connect: 2024 is full of possibilities. Share your experiences, achievements, and the lessons learned in a supportive environment. Connect with fellow LGBTQIA+ tech enthusiasts who have been on similar journeys.</li><li>Socializing &amp; Interactive Networking: Engage in thought-provoking conversations and make meaningful connections. The goal is to connect, exchange ideas, and expand your professional network.</li></ul> To jump-start conversations, here are some prompts to consider leading up to the event.<ul><li>Tech and Wellness: How do you incorporate technology into your wellness routine? Whether it's fitness apps, meditation platforms, or sleep trackers, share any tech solutions that have positively impacted your well-being.</li><li>Lifelong Learning: How do you stay updated and continue learning? Share any resources, courses, or learning strategies that have been valuable to you.</li><li>Mentorship Matters: Have you ever had a mentor or been a mentor to someone else in the tech industry? Share a memorable mentorship experience and how it influenced your career journey.</li><li>Tech and Social Impact: What role do you think technology plays in addressing social issues and driving positive change? Share any projects or initiatives you're involved in that leverage tech for social impact.</li><li>Balancing Act: How do you balance your professional life with personal passions and interests?
