Rachel White is a trained shaman, medium, meditation coach, spiritual transformation coach, energy work practitioner, Feng Shui practitioner, and Flower Essence maker. Rachel owns TOTEM Readings, an Austin, TX-based spiritual practice that serves thousands of clients all over the world. She is also the published author of the TOTEM Tarot Deck, co-created with artist Emma Cook. Rachel is the host of The Skeptical Shaman podcast, bringing a modern dialogue of all things “woo” to the spiritually-curious.Rachel is the creator of TOTEM Flower Essences, available on the TOTEMReadingsATX Etsy Shop. Rachel is committed to bringing back the “old ways” of spiritual development, taking a markedly analogue (and ancient) approach to creating TOTEM Flower Essences, working to ensure they contain the highest vibration of ingredient and intention.

Join us for an immersive online workshop (via Zoom) across two days: 12-4:30 PM CST on Saturday, April 15th and 12-4:00 PM CST on Sunday, April 16th.Five leading practitioners lead immersive, interactive workshops designed specifically to help you connect with your physical body, shake off winter, and get energized for the Spring Season: <ul><li> Rachel White is the owner of TOTEM Readings and certified medium, shaman and reiki practitioner. She is also the creator of the TOTEM Tarot Deck (available on Amazon) and TOTEM Flower Essences. Rachel is going to facilitate a 1.5 hour guided Shamanic Journeying Meditation to connect attendees with their totem animals and learn about how to integrate totem animal work into their spiritual practice. Totem animals help us connect to the rhythms and energies of the natural world, awakening and energizing our systems for Spring!</li></ul><ul><li> Britt Sandkulla-Sinclair is the owner of Golden Thread Alchemy and is a certified integral coach that focuses on astrology, mindfulness and somatic practices to help people find their “magick”. Britt will be facilitating a 1.5 hour session focused on the major astrological transits coming this Spring and their impacts on our individual and collective energies as we emerge from hibernation. She will also provide some key tips and tricks for this upcoming Spring Season!</li></ul><ul><li> Holly Brodt is the owner of Resiliency P.O.W.E.R Education, and is a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, a Certified Critical Incident Response expert, and a Certified Critical Incident Stress Management resource. Holly is also a retired police professional and a practicing Buddhist, bringing a unique perspsective to wellness. Holly is going to facilitate a 1.5 hour session focused on bringing centered awareness and consciousness back into the body, activing the mind+body connection.</li></ul><ul><li> Dana Frost is the owner of Vitally You and the host of the Vitally You podcast, as well as a Functional Nutrition and Lifestyle Practitioner and Certified Aromatherapist. Dana works 1:1 with clients to pursue and achieve a healthier, happier and more balanced lifestyle. Dana is going to facilitate a 1.5 hour session diving into the world of functional nutrition and lifestyle and what to incorporate for a healthy, happy Spring!</li></ul><ul><li> Brooke Lancaster is the owner of Nourish the Sacred, as well as a certified nutritionist and aromatherapist. Brooke works with clients to help them achieve health and happiness via an integrated and holistic personalized program.
