Shona Levy is a lifelong dancer whose training began at Massey’s School of Dance and continued at the Creative & Performing Arts High School as a Dance major, later performing throughout Philadelphia under the direction of Faye Snow. In this 90-minute spring movement experience, Shona blends her dance expertise with holistic wellness to guide participants through breathwork, a gentle warm-up, guided somatic movement, and an uplifting flow that builds into empowering music and free-form self-expression before returning to center through collective energy movement.
No dance experience is needed—this session is open to all levels and designed as a safe, enlivening space to explore energizing movement, release stress, and reconnect with your body.
Shona is also the founder of 360! For Life!, a holistic wellness consulting practice that supports individuals through nutrition, lifestyle guidance, and natural wellness strategies designed to strengthen the body and support long-term vitality.
