You will axperience organic Italian wines paired perfectly with cheese and all the accoutrements. Hear the history and stories of this small family farm outside of Tuscany, shared by the very passionate and knowledgable, Consuelo! She not only talks about how the grapes are organically grown, but how our board pairs so perfectly with the wines. Owner of Chi-cuterie, Michelle, walks you through a culinary journey of the perfect cheese pairings with each tasting!
