ABOUT THE EVENT:
Have you ever wondered the tips and tricks of a visually appealing charcuterie board? Or how to assemble a salami rose? Bring your friends and join Brittany who will be offering her Charcuterie 101 workshop class. Each person will learn how to craft a gorgeous cheese and charcuterie board on a palm leaf platter that will wow your friends, family, and party guests! Each attendee will style and arrange a well balanced individual charcuterie board along with learning the history of charcuterie, cheese styling techniques, and the salami rose all while enjoying a drink at Grainworks Brewery.
In addition to the workshop, Alison, from Noonday Collection Jewelry will be on site with her spring line of Noonday jewelry. Noonday specalizes in handmade jewelry, accessories, home goods, and gifts from artisans around the world.
This evening is a great way to support local women owned businesses as well as women around the world!
Your ticket includes:
- all the ingredients and materials needed to create a personalized charcuterie board that you will be able to enjoy during the workshop and take home too! (Please note each workshop attendee must purchase their own individual ticket)
-One drink ticket for your choice of draft beer or wine at the bar (additional drinks may be purchased at the event)

We are sorry, but we cannot offer any refunds to the event. Ingredients are shopped fresh and are perishable so we cannot refund provide refunds. We can provide the materials and food workshop kits to you within 24 hours of the workshop date conclusion.
Yes, Grainworks Brewery is wheelchair accessible.
We recommend that the attendees are at least over age 16 and are comfortable using a kitchen paring knife. Anyone drinking alcohol must be 21.
We really try to encourage people to be there no later than 6:45 when the workshop begins.
We provide a nice take home box for your tray. We usually say the boards are good for 24-36 hours after making them as long as they are refridgerated.
Because this is a public workshop, we do not accommodate food allergies. Our products contain dairy, nuts, wheat, and other allergens.
Each attendee will be given 1 drink ticket to the bar. This includes a draft beer, glass of wine, or pop. Mixed drinks are not included. You may purchase additional drinks on your own.
