This event is hosted at a church do I have to be religious or affiliated to attend?

This event is open to the entire Southern Indiana and Kentuckiana community and welcomes ALL people from diverse walks.

Can I bring my pet?

For safety we ask that only service animals are brought at this time.

Are there public restrooms onsite?

Accepted Answer

If needed please contact an attendant at the  identified "Welcome Booth" to access restrooms when needed. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in the restrooms and during the event.

What types of door prizes are available?

There are no cash prizes onsite but several door prizes from globally recognized brands, eateries, and entertainment venues.

I would like to attend but have neurodivergent sensitivities. Will there be noises or strobe lights?

Accepted Answer

Activities will be spaced out across the grounds for easy traffic flow and comfortability. There will be color changing LED lights in one activity station. There will be inspirational music playing throughout, however, the sound levels will be moderate. There will be a calming area if needed.

If I do not win a doorprize are there additional giveaways?

Thanks to incredible community partners the first 500 attendees will receive a complimentary Qrcode to experience a chiropractic consultation from The Joint Chiropractic, and a free appetizer coupon from Outback Steakhouse! Make sure you are one of them, we look forward to meeting you!

For the health and wellness of all guests we ask that consideration for this smoke-free event is honored.

I would like to register a large group of 10 or more for this event. Is this possible?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we welcome groups to attend! Simply register your group through this platform by selecting the quantity of e-tickets desired. You may also email bdat.community@gmail.com to give us a headcount in advance.

Do I need to present my e-ticket during admission?

Accepted Answer

No need to print or present your e-ticket. We will have an internal record of registration. This ticketing system provides data regarding capacity for internal use. By registering you do increase your chances of winning a doorprize!

Do I need to stay for the entire event?

Accepted Answer

No, you are welcome to stay as long as you desire during the event. There will be various activies throughout.

Is there food available?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there will be food trucks onsite with delicious menu selections to purchase. Supporting these locally owned businesses pours back into your community's economic development. There will be no alcohol for sale during this event.
