By whom and how is it conveyed?</h3><p>SPRING EQUINOX 23 is the kick-off event of upward kollektiv. Fitting for the beginning of spring, we are opening a free space for Black people to educate and network in healing-centered workshops.</p><h3>What does &quot;healing-centered&quot; mean?</h3><p>Together we will learn new things from Black professionals in the areas of mind (e.g. entrepreneurship and science), body (e.g. nutrition and health), and soul (e.g. art, culture, and panel discussions). </p><p>The emphasis lies on the holistic approach, meaning that multiple forms of education will be stimulated, always from the Black perspective.</p><p>Here&#x27;s a little taste of what to expect by introducing you to this event&#x27;s amazing panel of experts.</p><h1>B﻿ODY</h1><p>In our &quot;BODY Temple - How to get more health and vitality into my day&quot; workshop, we are fortunate to have Glenn Amartey of Phytokraft in Düsseldorf (Wielandstraße 21) as our teacher. He heals with medicinal herbs, vital substances and magnetic field therapy. His services include frequency therapy, individual health counseling and prevention.</p><p>Glenn&#x27;s workshop will teach you the basics of do-it-yourself detoxification. Empowerment through knowledge of how to bring more health and vitality into your everyday life.</p><p><strong>@glenn_phytokraft</strong></p><p>+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++</p><h1>SOUL</h1><p>We are honored to have Safiya Yon of Al-Niya healingspace  creating a room for our SOUL. Safiya works as a psychosocial counselor and is currently training to become a psychotherapist. Since 2015, she has been working with marginalized people in the context of empowerment and mental health, understanding mental well-being as a form of political resistance.</p><p>In her workshop “After Survival Comes Spring”, you will get to slow down, breathe deep and charge up. She explains it best as follows:</p><p>&quot;Let&#x27;s get in touch with our life energy together and create an empowering, healing space for gentleness. Yannick is the founder and CEO of Black Momentum, a marketing consulting firm that helps startups and young companies succeed by creating a powerful vision for their future.</p><p>In his workshop “Find your purpose and unlock your best life”, you will develop your vision for the future in a practical way. By answering 4 basic questions, you can discover what your calling is and how to turn it into a business. Or not? Make this decision consciously. Von wem und wie wird es vermittelt?</h3><p><strong>SPRING EQUINOX 23</strong> ist die Auftaktveranstaltung des <strong>upward kollektiv</strong>s. Passend zum Frühlingsbeginn eröffnen wir kostenlosen Space für Schwarze Menschen, um sich in heilungszentrierten Workshops weiterzubilden und zu vernetzen.</p><h3>Was bedeutet &quot;heilungsorientiert&quot;?</h3><p>Gemeinsam werden wir von Schwarzen Professionals Neues aus den Bereichen Geist (z.B. Entrepreneurship und Wissenschaft), Körper (z.B. Nährstoffe und Gesundheit) und Seele (z.B. Kunst, Kultur und Podiumsdiskussionen) lernen. </p><p>Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf dem ganzheitlichen Ansatz, d. h., es werden mehrere Bildungsformen angeregt, immer unter dem Blickwinkel der Schwarzen Perspektive.</p><p>Hier ist ein kleiner Vorgeschmack auf das, was unser Expertengremium für Dich bereithält.</p><p></p><h1>KÖRPER</h1><p>In unserem Workshop &quot;Body Temple - Wie ich mehr Gesundheit und Vitalität in meinen Tag bekomme&quot; haben wir das Glück, Glenn Amartey von Phytokraft in Düsseldorf (Wielandstraße 21) als Lehrer zu haben.
