The Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce in San Francisco/Silicon Valley's main objective is to enhance the business interests of our Partners. By providing a broad spectrum of services and new business opportunities through networking, the Chamber contributes to the development and improvement of goodwill between the business communities in the San Francisco Bay Area and Sweden.

The list of Swedish success stories is long; from fashion to furniture, from vehicles to vodka, and from music to medicine and mobile phones, Swedes have greatly influenced the way we live today.
It is remarkable that such a small nation has come up with the System of Nature, the Celsius Temperature Scale, ultrasound, TetraPak, ABBA, Bluetooth, Skype, Spotify, and Minecraft. Just to mention a few. Sweden is also at the top of the charts in a number of areas important for health and well-being, such as environmental awareness, gender equality, anti-corruption, happiness, social welfare, business, and innovation. Since so many Swedes deserve a Nobel Prize, it’s a good thing we founded that, too!
On May 30th, The Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce is launching a new concept - Spring Dinner at the Swedish restaurant PLÄJ to celebrate Swedish success. The speakers, the menu, and the wine list have been carefully selected to match the occasion. As has the guest list. This special event is for members only - and seats will be limited, make sure to register ASAP.
Tickets - $150, Share your stories of success whilst sipping champagne, enjoying an extravagant four-course dinner that Andrea and Roberth at PLAJ have created for us.
