Spring Concert
Celebrate the 65th anniversary of the Polasek Museum with a special concert featuring internationally acclaimed violinist Dr. Ayako Yonetani
For the first time in over 10 years, we’re opening the doors of Polasek’s Historic Home for a live concert.
Join us Sunday, March 8 at 2 PM for an intimate afternoon of world-class music inside the very home where sculptor Albin Polasek once lived and worked. Internationally acclaimed violinist Dr. Ayako Yonetani (Carnegie Hall, UCF Professor) performs alongside the UCF Pegasus String Quartet and pianist Natsumi Shibagaki. Dr. Kiminobu Sugaya, UCF neuroscientist and 2025 Steinmetz Award honoree, joins to explore the remarkable relationship between music and the brain.
Blending exceptional live music, thoughtful conversation, and the historic surroundings of Polasek’s home, this concert offers a memorable way to mark the museum’s 65-year legacy.
