Great question! The answer: Fantastic cocktails! I intentionally choose not to reveal what specific cocktails in order to encourage an open-minded approach learning – and tasting!

I have an allergy! Can I be accommodated?

Although I would love to accommodate every student I can, the logistics of my classes may not allow me to adjust certain recipes. If you have an allergy, please contact me at least 7 days before the date of the class. Although I cannot guarantee, I may be able to make an accommodation in your case.

Is food included in the ticket price?

Food is NOT included in the ticket price for the class. The Wildflower Café located on site so that attendees can eat prior to the beginning of instruction at 5:30. We HIGHLY encourage you have a meal before arriving – or better yet – enjoy the curated menu at the Café before class begins!
