What type of things will I be doing?

We are looking for volunteers to help us organize and sort donations, organize our storage container, and help us inventory the items on hand.

Is this an indoor or outdoor event?

This will be an outdoor event. But no worries, we have tents and fans if its hot, and heaters if its cold!
