Here's how it works:
- Purchase a ticket. If you'd like to inquire about a free ticket, reach out to us at hello@bcfm.org.
- Showcase your favorite spring recipe featuring something green (think fresh leafy salads, zesty herbs, and asparagus) in a dish to share—no rules about minimum servings or dietary restrictions. Be creative!
- Bring an index card to write down the name of your dish and key ingredients.
- Bring your own beverages—and a picnic basket! To keep our event as low-waste as possible, we ask that you bring your own plates, utensils, cups, and tupperware to go!
Proceeds benefit Boulder County Farmers Markets. We can't wait to hear all about your culinary creation and raise a glass to fall bounty and good folks.
