With the energy of the season just beginning to stir, this workshop offers a gentle pause to reset, reflect, and realign before the momentum of spring fully arrives. We’ll begin with a guided intention-setting and prompted journaling session, supporting clarity around what you’re ready to grow, release, and call in. From there, you’ll be led through nourishing breathwork and face yoga to soften the nervous system, release stored tension, and reconnect with your body. We’ll close with a Reiki share, creating space for deep rest, energetic balance, and integration. This is a supportive, grounding space to tune in, set meaningful intentions, and step into spring feeling centred, clear, and resourced.
