Is water involved since it's called a "bath"?

No, no water at sound baths, instead you are bathed in the beautiful tones of the singing bowls!

Should I bring anything?

Please bring a yoga mat to lay on and anything else that would make you more comfortable, such as a small pillow, light blanket, or bolster. If laying down is not accessible to you, there are chairs available.

There is street parking surrounding the location.

What do I DO during the sound bath?

You'll lay down, relax, practice a meditation practice if you choose to (such as focusing on your breath with a mantra), and possibly be so relaxed you fall asleep.

I've listened to singing bowls online, is it similar?

BEING at a sound bath is a total immersive experience where you can feel and be surrounded by the sound waves. Recordings of singing bowls don't provide the full experience.
