Let's create a fun portable board for your al fresco dining and small gatherings.

An Abundance board is a savory board that celebrates the food you have locally or what is in season. It’s more than a mezze board, cheese board, or vegetable board. You use all the ingredients you love with a focus on the balance of nutrients. You have the right amount of protein, fat, fiber, and other nutrients. I personally love making abundance boards with my family’s favorites. We enjoy them throughout the day while remote working and studying.As we start enjoying more meals outside, learn how to make your boards portable for your picnics and al fresco dining. After registering for the class, you will receive the Zoom link and a list of suggested ingredients. During the class, I will guide you through making a nutritious board for you and your loved ones.
