We start by getting to know the tools, learn how to correctly put a blade in the piercing saw. Practice on a test piece, sawing, filing and finishing. Then you choose 2 spoons or forks to work with from my collection (or you can bring your own). You will use a ring sizer to work out your size and then my guides to work out the length to cut. Using a bench peg and piercing saw you will cut your chosen cutlery to size, before filing it and smoothing it off and end with wet and dry sandpaper. I have various ways to clean up your cutlery at this point. Then we are ready to bend it to fit you perfectly. Finally it has a really good polish to make it shine! By the end of the workshop you will have made 2 beautiful rings.
