<p>&quot;Spontaneous Space&quot; is a largely improvised musical experience that weaves together gong, clarinet, and vocals, highlighting the blurry space between therapy and music, performance and ceremony. The title is a nod to the roots of improvised gong/percussion performances in the 1960&#x27;s by Christopher Tree, who dubbed his work &quot;spontaneous sound.&quot; Having spent the last 3+ years learning and practicing with sound therapists, shamans, researchers, and sound meditation teachers, drummer/composer Samer Ghadry has called in fellow collaborators Jeremiah Cymerman (clarinet, electronics) and Angel Deradoorian (vocals, electronics) to combine traditional, experimental, esoteric, and therapeutic techniques for the sake of authentic expression and for the deeply musical purpose of love and health on earth and everywhere.</p>
