About this event

  • 2 hours

This month we explore the Tao of Tea. Since ancient times, people have experienced the calming and Zen like effects of the Art of Tea. Tea can help us to reconnect to our internal buddha nature. And it can help us to feel more at one with the natural world around us.

Located in the heart of Norfolk, lies a magnificent restored castle, hosting the Connecticut-Asia Cultural Center. Inside is an oasis of spiritual exhibits showcasing ancient eastern wisdom. Beautifully crafted displays and immersive experiences await the visitor. A one time visit is never enough to fully explore the amazing exhibits within. The Connecticut-Asia Cultural Center is not just for learning about the ancient wisdom teachings and stories, but also to be inspired and elevated on one's own spiritual journey.
