SpiritsFest Halloween Bash!!  The Rotary Clubs of Diablo Valley, led by Concord Rotary, have combined forces with the Concord Historical Society, the City of Concord, Concord Police Dept and the Concord Chamber of Commerce to present our second SpiritsFest event on Saturday October 28, 2017 in old downtown Concord at the Gardens of the Historic Galindo House.
SpiritsFest will feature local craft ‘spirits’ (whiskeys, wines, meads, rums, beers, 'mocktails' and more!), costume contests, artists & vendors, live entertainment, foods and Concord history during a spirited Halloween-themed evening! 
Come for the fun...Stay for the Booooos! 
 
FAQs
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
No age limit to enter BUT anyone intending to consume alcohol must be 21yrs of age with proper ID upon entry required.  You will be given an ID bracelet and will NOT BE SERVED any alcohol without it.  Designated drivers, non-drinkers & anyone under the age of 21 may enter and enjoy the festival for free but will pay reduced rates for food and non-alcoholic beverages.  Obviously, this is an adult event with lots of alcohol and music but anyone of any age will have a good time and we are continually adding on more non-alcoholic 'mocktails', beverages and other fun stuff for those of a youthful spirit...no matter what the age! 
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
We really suggest BART, Uber, Lyft, a cab or a designated driver! This is a Spirits (read: Alcohol) Tasting & Enterainment Event so please be responsible.  DO NOT 'Drink & Drive'!  BART Downtown Concord Station is 3 blocks or a 5minute walk away!  
What if it rains?
SpiritsFest will go on...rain or shine!  We have ample opportunities to stay dry with a large event tent outside with tables and chairs, every outside booth will be covered and we have indoor space for at least 200 people inside the Museum & Event Center!  BTW...it didn't rain last year & has not rained in downtown Concord on this weekend for 12 of the last 13 years....spooky, right, but true...google that or look it up the ol'fashioned way by almanac!
