Apps: Lamb sausage cigars, Bacon wrapped almond stuffed dates, goat cheese grape truffles with candied pumpkin seeds. Greens with bourbon glazed peaches, pecans, feta, maple cider dressing. Entree: Red Wine Braised Beef and Lemon White Wine Chicken Francaise with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, fresh green beans, and carrot pearls. Dessert: Dark Chocolate Stout mousse parfaits with dulce de leche and ganache. Chef- Kris Kraut
