Level 1 pole classes introduce basic hand grips, spins, leg hooks, floor work and climbs. You do not need any previous experience!

Spin Level 1 class is focused on combining basic spins, pirouettes, and other pole foundational moves into beautiful choreographies.

BRING: your mat, and a little towel or cloth.

CLOTHING: You need shorts! Leggings don't work. Sports bra or top.
