Attire: Whatever you feel most comfortable moving your body in. Choreography will be made without shoes or knee pads, though you are welcome to bring either.*Sensual movement can sometimes feel intimidating or uncomfortable as for others it can feel freeing and liberating. I want to emphasize that this will be a safe space for all. I will always respect your boundaries and expect all students to do the same with each other &lt;3**Bring your own yoga mat/towel
