SPICE is a self-empowerment, versatile, beginner/intermediate choreography class focusing on delayering your insecurities, learning musicality, & expanding your movement capabilities in your body. Sneakers are recommended for this class!

To access to the studio, enter through lululemon retail store on Newbury Street, and take the stairs up to the second floor!

Street Parking is meter based, please check signs!

SPICE. is a beginner/intermediate sexy, spicy, hip hop based dance class that is about people getting comfortable in their own skin. EVERYONE has their own SPICE, and adds their own SEASONING to everything they do in life! Some days are more cayenne, some are everything but the bagel, but LIFE is never BLAND!
