Hey Folks!
Bottles and cans are available to reserve for free at noon on March 2nd! Reservations end on March 8th at noon.
You may pick up and pay for bottles/cans on March 9th from 10am to 4pm. Simply bring your ID and we will match your order with your ID. No need to print the tickets off. Also, proxies are allowed, so if you cannot make it in, just send someone with a copy of your ID (a smartphone picture is sufficient).
Pickups end promptly at 4 so please keep that in mind! Our taproom will be open from 10am to 10pm though!

HOPEFUL MONSTER - FOEDER AGED SOUR w/ BLACKCURRANTS - Our most popular beer makes its third appearance! We increased the fruit yet again buy about 50% in this batch. It is a jammy delight! $20 per corked and caged 750ml bottle. Limit 3/person. Statewide distribution.
HOPEFUL MONSTER w/ GINGER - FOEDER AGED SOUR w/ BLACKCURRANTS &amp; GINGER - A variant of our most popular beer! We pulled 50 gallons off of our tank of Hopeful Monster and added a bit of ginger after trying a blackcurrant and ginger soda in Chicago. It is a jammy and slightly spicy delight! $22 per corked and caged 750ml bottle. Limit 1 - EXTREMELY LIMITED. Brewery exclusive release.
MONOTYPIC - GRAY SKIES GIN BARREL AGED SOUR w/ CHERRY, LIME, ORANGE, PINEAPPLE &amp; POMEGRANATE  - We blended this one up on a whim after Mitch drank a delicious singapore sling cocktail and realized we had the perfect barrels to replicate that flavor profile in a sour beer. This is a tropical and fruity delight to pull you out of your winter blues! $22 per corked and caged 750ml bottle. Limit 2/person. Brewery exclusive release.
CONSERVATORY - FOEDER AGED SOUR  - We've long talked at the brewery about canning our base beer, and we finally had an opportunity to do that this month! Conservatory is a 50/50 blend from our two foeders, one of which contains our golden sour base, and the other contains our house wild saison base. We simply blended the beer and canned it, so you can really taste our house cultures without any fruit or hops in the way. $6 per 16oz can. Limit 2/person. Statewide distribution.
SPECIATION CELLARS - FERMI PARADOX - WILD CIDER DRY HOPPED w/ GALAXY - The official launch of our cider/mead brand: Speciation Cellars! This brand will consist of a variety of native and wild fermented ciders and meads, and will feature vintage science/sci-fi artwork from our illustrator Dave Mckie and our Graphic Designer Elizabeth VanStee. The first release is Fermi Paradox, a tart, funky, and hoppy cider. This cider is particularly great for your gluten free friends that miss beer, as it tastes very similar to a dry hopped funky sour beer. $12 per 750ml bottle. Limit 2/person. Statewide distribution.
