We are celebrating our 1 year anniversary with a cellar raid! This is your chance to grab a few extra bottes of that one that got away from you last year. We will still have 2 new beers this month, but they are both very small batches.
Bottle reservations start Saturday, 1/6 at noon, and go until Friday, 1/12 at noon. These bottles are all extremely limited, so we advise you to be online and ready to reserve right at noon on the 6th. 
Here's a complete list of bottles available to reserve:
1. Meiotic Drive - Foeder aged sour ale with Elderberries. This was the first pull from our Foeder. The oldest batch in it is from August 2017. We then added 10 gallons of elderberry concentrate from Cooma frozen foods in Coloma, MI. 780 bottles produced.  $22/bottle. Corked & Caged 750ml. Limit 1/person.
2. Phenotype - Barrel aged dark sour with cocoa nibs and vanilla. 312 bottles produced.  $22/bottle. Corked & Caged 750ml. Limit 1/person.
3. Bio-Mimicry - Wild IPA - 6 cases - $10/bottle - Limit 12
4. Blackberry Incipient - 4 cases - $22/bottle - Limit 4
5. Common Descent (Lemon Lime Berliner) - 1 case - $12/bottle - Limit 1
6. Cross Fertilization Golden Sour - 5 cases - $20/bottle - Limit 12
7. Gene Flow (cran. hibiscus sour) - 1 case - $18/bottle - Limit 1
8. Genetic Drift B1 Mosaic & Saaz - 3 cases - $15/bottle - Limit 4
9. Genetic Drift B2 Mosaic & Saaz - 1 case - $15/bottle - Limit 1
10. Genetic Drift B3 Azzaca & EKG - 1 case - $15/bottle - Limit 1

26. Trace Elements (Wild Grisette/Pils Hybrid) - 5 cases - $10/bottle - Limit 12
27. Vicariance (Wild IPA) Collab with Pike 51 - 1 case - $12/bottle - Limit 2
Each ticket represents 1 bottle of beer, so please make sure to order the correct amount of tickets! On pickup day you may pay for your bottle(s) with cash or credit card (we use square).
Pickup day is Saturday, Jan. 13th, from 10 am - 6 pm. **We are extending the pickup window by 2 hours to account for the extra time it will take to sort through all the extra cellar bottles.**
Proxies are allowed. We just need a copy of the purchaser's ID and the proxy's ID. It will be the proxy's responsibility to pay for the bottles at pickup.
