Aperçu

Explore traditional materials & techniques, & gain insight into the cultural knowledge and stories embedded in every line & mark.

Join us for a Special Event: Free Workshop with Yolŋu artists at the Sevenmarks Gallery on Tuesday 16th September , 2025 at 2pm - 3.30pm. Number are limited .

Held in conjunction with GUYURRMIRR DHIMURRU - MAKARR DJALALTHA GAPU BUR’NAP MONUK LIL (Going to the Southeast), this free workshop offers a rare opportunity for a small group of students to learn directly from Yolŋu artists.

This initiative is a collaboration between SEVENMARKS Gallery and Bula’Bula Arts, united in the commitment to empower and inspire people through direct access to contemporary and ancestral Aboriginal culture.

This project was made possible by the Australian Government’s Regional Arts Fund, which supports the arts in regional and remote Australia. We also thank Destination Kiama and Kiama Municipal Council for their sponsorship towards the exhibition and workshops.

Bula’bula Arts would like to thank both the Australian Government’s Regional Arts Fund and Indigenous Visual Arts Industry Support program for supporting the Art Centre.
