Michelle Phan is a digital pioneer, who trail-blazed the online beauty industry. With a growing global community of over 8 million, Michelle’s videos have been viewed more than 1 billion times, making her one of the most watched talents in the digital space. She is an award-winning content creator, and has been featured on Forbes' 30 Under 30 list in the category of Art and Style, Inc’s 30 Under 30 Coolest Entrepreneurs and Fast Company’s Most Creative People in Business.
She has also forged her way into other industries. In October 2014, Michelle launched a book called “Make Up: Your Life Guide to Beauty, Style, and Success – Online and Off”. In 2017, Michelle acquired EM Cosmetics from ipsy, and departed from the company so she could have the freedom to further develop her ideas.
Being self-funded and completely independent for the first time in over a decade after her first YouTube video, she continues to evolve with the ever-changing online landscape. Michelle is currently focused on leveraging blockchain technologies to create newer and more efficient infrastructures to empower the next generation of online users and creators
