Mocha Yoga is a lifestyle and wellness brand for women of color. It was created by Malon Murphy and Salena Collins two South Los Angeles natives. Salena received her certification from Yoga Works and Malon her degree from Howard University. Together they combine production prowess, spiritual spunk, and pure passion to make the magic that is Mocha Yoga!

<P>Join Mocha Yoga for <EM>SPEAK! </EM>a workshop to help you activate yout throat chakra and find your authentic voice. This event includes a 45 minute yoga session with the Yoga Works certified Salena Collins and a 50 minute workshop led by poet extrordinaire Monique Mitchell. Coffee will be available from beansandbars.com! </P>
